I’ve spent over twenty years at the intersection of digital technology and how organisations use it — to train people, reach customers, and work more intelligently.
My background is in archaeology and classics, which taught me something useful early on: technology is always a human story. What matters is how people use it, what it enables, and what it changes.
Over two decades I’ve led digital projects across logistics, retail, publishing, travel and professional training — in Ireland and across the UK. Most recently I’ve been Product Director for a major online learning platform, building a multi-brand digital training ecosystem: platform strategy, developer management, system integrations, marketing automation, and the commercial case for ongoing investment.
I write and think seriously about AI — how it’s changing the way organisations learn, work, and make decisions. This isn’t peripheral to what I do; it’s increasingly central to it.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means I can give each one proper attention.
